Our Team
John Hill, CEO/Business broker
Founder, John Hill has an entrepreneurial background with vast experience in finance, insurance, real estate, health care, oil & gas and construction. He spent 11 years as an investment advisor, several years as an insurance agent, and has served on many different boards. John has started companies from scratch in the finance, healthcare and real estate sectors, and has successfully sold two of them. Currently, he is an owner and investor in multiple companies. His passion is advising business owners on ways to promote operational efficiencies and maximize profitability John’s diverse background lends itself well to assisting business owners realize their dreams of selling or buying a business. John is married and has three children. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, hiking and being outdoors. John has a degree in finance from Southern Arkansas University and is a member of the International Business Brokers of America.
Britany hill, Real Estate/ marketing
Britany Hill holds her real estate license and also has two masters degrees in education. She has also served as director in the fitness/healthcare industry. Britany is married with 3 children. Her hobbies include camping, hiking and most things outdoors.
lisa sipes, operations manager
Lisa Sipes brings years of workforce experience to BBA. Lisa’s experience includes customer service, banking, manufacturing administration, x-ray technology and business ownership. Lisa believes honesty, integrity, and excellence are essential for success. Before working full-time with BBA, Lisa worked as the office manager for her husband, Dr. Larry Sipes in his dental practice. He retired in 2021, which lead them to open a wholesale retail business. Larry continues to work the business from home. Lisa has four grown children and five grandchildren. Soccer, football, volleyball, and school programs are always on the agenda! She is an active member of El Dorado First Assembly and serves in many capacities. Lisa has been to Nicaragua, Honduras, Belize, Haiti, El Salvador, and Kenya on short term missions trips. Her passion is to tell others about Jesus!
